Do you have handicapped parking?
Yes - handicapped parking is accessible from entering Central Avenue. Once you enter the parking area in front of the Doraville Civic Center, go down the drive between the Civic Center and Doraville Art (D'Art) Center to your right. Next to the dumpster is a parking pad where you can access the walkway to our door to the theatre. If you know that you will need any assistance, please email merelyplayerspresents@gmail.com in advance.
Where are your restrooms located?
Our restrooms are located upstairs in the Doraville Civic Center. Since we have no elevator, you will either need to climb a flight of stairs or access them from the front door of the Civic Center. If you know that you will need any assistance, please email merelyplayerspresents@gmail.com in advance.
What form of payment do you take?
We take cash, debit/credit card, and Venmo. Our Venmo username is @Merely-Players
Is there reserved seating?
We have General Seating only; first come, first served!
What time does the box office open?
The box office is open 1 hour before each performance begins. We highly encourage you to purchase your tickets online in advance as many of our shows sell out quickly.
What time should I arrive?
If you have your tickets, doors open 30 minutes before curtain. In consideration of the intimate nature of our theater space, we kindly request that you arrive promptly by curtain time. To prevent interruptions, our doors will be locked at that time, reopening at intermission. Late arrivals will be accommodated during intermission. To minimize disruptions to our actors and patrons, please refrain from knocking on the locked door. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or event changes for tardiness. In rare instances, if there is a large number of late comers due to traffic or known delays, we may hold for 5 minutes. Otherwise, punctuality ensures an uninterrupted performance, preserving the experience for all. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are greatly appreciated.
How can I get involved?
Let us know if you wish to volunteer or get involved! We are always looking for help with concessions and box office, technical crew such as lights and sound, stage managers, and more! Email Joanie at merelyplayerspresents@gmail.com for more information.
Do I have to wear a mask in the theatre?
Currently, we do not require mask wearing at our theatre; however, we encourage all audience members to do what makes them feel comfortable and safe. Also, we ask that if you exhibit any symptoms to please remain at home. Thank you for your cooperation.
